Two plus years ago started hosting with this provider. The service was good ist few month. Very poor customer service. They don't bother to reply on problem or issues. We have lost lot of sale due to the issues with mail and web availability.
We will not be recommending their services to anyone.

We selected onehut.ca as a vendor of choice for our clients web site requirements. we found the uptime very stable but user support below the standards. we had several time the problems and despite sending several email messages and problem tickets through their control panel. we didn't get any response for several days.
Planning to move the accounts for other service oriented vendor.

I uses the personal plan and it rocks. In 2 1/2 years there has never been any downtime. The cost is great. The service is greate, they even helped with my PHP programming. I have used 3 other host, and this is the best.

Good luck with these people who think sales = service. Once they get your money, they treat you like crap. They don't have "too many" calls to answer yours, they just have a cheap answering machine. This outfit probably is run out of some hacker's kitchen.
